Preparation:
Step 1:
Wash lettuce, spin dry and cut into small pieces. Halve and pit avocado. Remove the flesh from the peel and cut into wedges. Cut salmon into strips 0.5 cm thick.
Step 2:
Sauté salmon with a little oil briefly on all sides until cooked.
Step 3:
Fry the tortilla in a hot pan without fat for 1-2 minutes on each side. Then place on work surface and spread with mayonnaise. Spread lettuce, avocado and salmon on top crosswise. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Fold tortilla patties slightly over filling on one side and roll up tightly from underneath.
